Program called for a new kitchen addition and gut renovation of complete first floor. Exterior landscaping and wood deck with fire pit, new entry portico and window replacement throughout. Key feature is central kitchen skylight, enabling natural daylight into the centrally located family room. Custom cabinetry creates a seamless transition between the kitchen and family room. Custom designed built-ins were a main feature or the project.
