Private Residence, Harrison

This residence is located at the center of the Westchester Country Club. Extensive interior renovations and infrastructure upgrades included the transformation of six hotel suites into a single 3,000 sf. apartment. The original bedrooms and bathrooms were too small and required upgrades to today’s standards. New plumbing had to be coordinated with the concrete waffle slab structure and to minimize the impact of the original details of the interior moldings. Objects of historical value including doors, hardware and moldings were restored and reused where ever possible. The entire electrical and telecommunications system were upgraded to include home automation, touch screen controls and wireless networking.
