Gut renovation to main lobby including store front replacement and new stone facade. Special attention was made to working very closely with the client to create alternatives for share holder approvals. Final design solution removed the entrance vestibule to open the doorman station to room. Marble flooring and traditional limestone wall paneling compliments a wood walled seating area. Indirect lighting was a key component to upgrade the outdated down lights. New custom elevator interiors echo the lobby materials in kind. Interior furnishings completed the project.
