Broadway Warehouse

Warehouse conversion and gut renovation with 2 story addition to a 4 story 1910 warehouse. Located in the heart of Williamsburg, these loft-like condominiums are one block from the Williamsburg bridge. The design intent was to take advantage of views towards the bridge and Manhattan. The upper two floors contain outdoor terraces with open sight lines to the bridge. The zoning and code requirements molded the design to allow a modest bedroom addition in the rear of the building along with balconies and an interior courtyard on the 6th floor.
