Garage addition, interior and exterior renovations. Public presentations were required to obtain historical landmarks and zoning approvals. The owner requested to participate throughout the project during design and construction. Close communication between all members of the team was key to ensure a successful project. Most challenging factors were managing an evolving project scope and making sure that the owner and his family were comfortable while living in the house during construction. Interior renovations in addition to the new garage included a new mud room, bathroom, renovate attic, cellar, entry foyer, kitchen and main stair. Exterior renovations include new roof, add two screened and two entry porches replace all exterior siding and roof deck assembly.
