Urban Rooftop project located in the hear of the Meat Packing District with expansive views of the Hudson Harbor. 1,000 square feet gut renovation of rooftop and lower terraces. Project was phased over 2 years to allow for complete off site fabrication of all components to minimize on-site working days. Highlights include complete reproofing membrane , bluestone pavers, custom black locust pergola with integrate solar shade awning, custom metal ivy wall lattice, outdoor kitchen and shower, custom dj booth, custom patina copper planters and custom concrete ping pong table.
